French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF) offering Excellence Full and Half-Day French Program

à petits pas Excellence Full and Half-Day French Program for Ages 2 ½-4 September 2020 – June 2021 plus French Summer Day Camp & Classes

Next fall, the Montclair branch of the French Institute Alliance Française (FIAF), the premiere destination for French language and culture in the tri-state area, brings back its fun and enriching French language program for toddlers: à petits pas Excellence. Parents can choose to enroll their child for two, three, four, or five days a week, for a morning or full-day session.

Specially crafted for children ages 2½-4, with or without previous exposure to French, à petits pas Excellence provides children with all the proven benefits of bilingualism, while preparing him or her for Kindergarten.

Activities include arts-and-crafts, songs, movement, games, storytelling, and more - all en français! This joyful introduction to French language and culture is a great addition to a part-time preschool program or an alternative to a regular preschool.

Curriculum focus includes:

French language learning
Broadening knowledge of the world through exploration, experimentation, and conversation
Exposure to art
Motor skills development through movement, games, crafts, and more
Social/emotional development, and strengthening socialization skills
