4th Annual Privateers and Pirates Festival at Tuckerton Seaport

Where do Pirates hang out at the Jersey Shore? At Tuckerton Seaport of course! The Seaport will be taken over by Captain Black and the Crew of the Valhalla who have been plundering the eastern shore of the American colonies for centuries. This is your chance to set sail for a fun-filled day for the entire family. The day’s activities begin at 11am with a Pirate Meet & Greet. Get your hands on a treasure map as you enter to join in the fun of a treasure hunt. Wear your best pirate costume and you might win a prize.

Bay Day at the Bayshore Center at Bivalve

June 6

Delaware ‘Bay Day’ is the largest FREE festival in the tri-state region. It will be held along the ‘wild and scenic’ Maurice River in the historic New Jersey fishing villages of Bivalve, Port Norris. East Point Lighthouse, located in Heislerville, will also be a satellite site for this event.  It is a fun-filled family day celebrating the rich maritime history, vibrant culture and phenomenal natural resources of the Delaware Bay.

Edison Day

Join West Orange as it celebrates Edison Day. This year the park has joined with many of its West Orange partners to bring you the largest Edison Day EVER!  There will be a street fair, town picnic, stage with live entertainment and the park has many special programs throughout the day.

45th Annual Irish Festival at Monmouth Park Racetrack

June 7

Come celebrate your inner Irish on a day where everyone has a little bit of Ireland in them!  Enjoy a beautiful day of live Thoroughbred racing highlighted by Irish step dancing, crafters, food, a pipe and drum competition and the fan-favorite human horse race.  Music from the Emerald Isle will be playing all day from three different stages. So wear green, dust off your finest Irish brogue, and just us for a great day of fun as we celebrate everything Irish. 

34th Annual Denville Rotary Street Festival

June 7, from 11 am – 6 pm; RAIN or SHINE!

For 34 years, the Denville Rotary has produced the Premier Street Festival along the beautiful tree-lined streets of this lovely, old-fashioned town located in affluent Morris County. The town is filled with quaint shops, cozy restaurants, and spas. They provide an enjoyable, high quality experience for the whole family, including live music, Beer Garden, 50/50 Ticket sales, rides, gourmet foods such as fresh seafood served at an outdoor cafe, and many other crowd-drawing activities.  Admission and Parking is free.

NJ Seafood Festival in Belmar

Hands-on History at Historic Cold Spring Village

Try your hand at crafts and trades from the 1800s! See blacksmithing, basket weaving, woodworking and more. Step inside the Village's 26 restored historic buildings and interact with historical interpreters to learn and create-the way our ancestors did! Children can get their 'Pastport' stamped for each hands-on activity they complete, and redeem it for a free treat in the Country Store!
