May is jammed pack with family shows - whether you are looking for play, musical, movie.... or any other type of show, there is something for the entire family! Festivals and fairs start up as well.  From the Bluebird Festival in New Egypt to Dinosaur Day in Newark to a free WBGO jazz concert for kids and a Kid Fest at the oldest zoo in NJ, we are sure to please. JOIN NJ KIDS AT LORD STIRLING STABLE FAMILY FUN DAY

May 4, 10am-12pm, 1pm-3pm
Games on horseback are the centerpiece of this fun-filled day at Lord Stirling Stable, but that's not all we've got! Free pony rides and hayrides make horses accessible to everyone; local vendors offer their specialties for sale; and child-friendly arcade games ensure that everyone is a winner.  Link

DINOSAUR DAY AT NEWARK MUSEUM  

Saturday, May 3, 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
This is the 7th installment of Dinosaur Day at the Newark Museum featuring fun educational activities for kids and the dinosaur lover in all of us.  Come see a 15' interactive T-Rex courtesy of Field Station.  There will be face painting, Dinosaur Origami, Planetarium shows and lots more.  Link
