Looking for one of the most unique experiences of the season for your group? Discover art, culture, history and more at RISE of the Jack O’Lanterns. It is making its spectacular debut in New Jersey at the Meadowlands Exposition Center for the first time. It runs October 27 – 30 from 10 am – 10:30 pm.
Your group will see over 5,000 hand-carved illuminated jack o’lanterns creatively arranged along a scenic walking path and set to a musical score designed to bring out the Halloween spirit in visitors of all ages. Explore trails inhabited by larger than life dinosaurs, mythical dragons, and safari animals. See pop culture icons and characters from classic movies that will make you feel like you are in a galaxy far, far away.
See up close and personal as artists bring their creations to life right in front of you. Your group will see RISE artists churn out thousands of jack o’lanterns per day at the Mini Carving Factory—an art form in and of itself. Take a behind-the-scenes look as artists build multi-pumpkin jack o’lantern structures, and see some of the most talented pumpkin sculptors in the country carving their signature 3D sculpted pumpkins. On display, you’ll find intricately illustrated and carved 100+ pound pumpkins reminiscent of your favorite faces, movies, sports, games, and much more!
The pumpkin trail at RISE of the Jack O’Lanterns is well-lit and well-staffed to ensure it will be a safe and enjoyable experience for the whole group. Since it is held indoors you won’t have to worry about being rained out. Tickets are on sale now and required in advance so be sure to get yours now before they sell out. Head to RISE of The Jack O’Lanterns to get up to 50% off admission, or email them at tickets@therise.org for group rates and discounts. Refreshments and gift shop are also available.
