Preschool students can learn online with teachers at Spring Academy NJ
The Coronavirus pandemic won’t stop the learning at Spring Academy! Not by a long shot... After multiple days of training, detailed preparation, and careful planning, Spring Academy has gone live!
For the first time, Spring Academy pre-school students are experiencing interactive classes with their beloved teachers and fellow students in a simulated classroom environment. The live classes started Tuesday, March 17th at 9:00 am at both Warren and Westfield locations. Each class lasts for approximately 30/40 minutes with a 15-minute break in-between. Students can see fellow classmates and teachers on screen and communicate with them. To access each class, parents need to simply click on the link from their laptop. Classes include all regularly scheduled subjects such as Montessori, Chinese, Spanish, English and Math instruction.
“It’s important that we keep our students connected with their teachers and friends and our learning, uninterrupted,” said Spring Academy Director Jill Ji. Parents are loving this new innovative way of learning during this difficult housebound time. One parent remarked that her friends are jealous of her son’s pre-school web classes! Another parent thanked the Spring Academy team for setting up the remote system so quickly and said that her son got a kick out of seeing his friends onscreen!
Spring Academy has two campuses, one in Warren (10 North Road), which is very conveniently located across from the ACME and down the road from Bardy Farms. The other location is in Westfield (115 E. Grove Street) across from the 7-Eleven on Central Avenue.
