Drive into the Tuckerton Seaport for the first annual “Truck”erton Food Truck & Brew Fest on August 16th from 11am-7pm.  The Seaport will host a dozen gourmet food trucks from all over the region to bring a flavorful food blast that will satisfy every taste bud.  Choose from fresh sandwiches and salads to fried alligator legs and everything in between.  While enjoying the great selection of food, why not wash it down with some of the best brews around in the craft beer garden.  New Jersey’s own Pinelands Brewery and River Horse Brewery will be on tap.  Live music all day to keep you dancing and working up a healthy appetite.  Limited-edition official “Truck”erton T-Shirts will be available for purchase the day of the event but are expected to sell out quickly.  You definitely do not want to miss this one-day only event!  Load the family in the car and set the GPS for the Tuckerton Seaport.

Five Sisters: French-inspired Duck Confit with House Made Cheese Curd over Fresh Cut Fries, Gourmet Egg Rolls, Whiskey Tango Twist on a Pub Burger, Aloha Teriyaki Turkey Burger with Pineapple, Bacon, and Onion Rings, & Fat Sandwiches

Zinna’s Bistro:  Serving up home-made Italian specialties with produce grown in their own garden and one of the most extensive menus of any food truck

Oink & Moo BBQ:  Mouth-watering BBQ inspired by pit masters throughout the South such as barbecued brisket, pulled pork, and ribs.  Meats are smoked low and slow over distinctive hickory, cherry, and apple woods right on the truck.

Ahh La Cart:  More than just a hot dog truck, Ahh La Cart serves up the area’s finest street foods made with vegetables fresh from the farm and breads that are baked fresh daily.

Waffle De Lys:  Unique waffle cart serving up authentic Belgian waffles and savory waffles.  Try the Belgian waffles made with pearl sugar lightly caramelized on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.  Many of their toppings are imported from France such as salted caramel sauce, raspberry and mango fruit coulis, caramelized hazelnut crumbs. And chestnut spreads.

The Cow & The Curd:  Award-winning food truck that specializes in Wisconsin Battered Fried Cheese Curds.  And yes we have a great selection of beers to go with that! Honors include Philly Magazine’s Best of Philly Food Truck, Philly Vendy Awards People’s Taste Award, Jersey Shore’s Food Truck Wars Guiltiest Pleasure Award

Tuckerton Seaport & Baymen’s Museum is located at 120 West Main Street in the heart of historic Tuckerton. Event admission is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors, $5 for children, and free for Seaport Members and children under 5.  Save $1 on admission by bringing an item to donate to the Tuckerton Food Pantry.  Event admission includes access to the Seaport’s 40 acres of family fun, featuring maritime activities, historic and recreated buildings, live animals, a boardwalk, miniature golf course, and exhibits.
