Cambridge School

The Cambridge School's Summer Program offers students in grades 1 through 9 a unique opportunity to maintain academic engagement and participate in enriching activities during the summer months. Recognizing that all students can experience academic regression over the summer, and that those with learning differences may be more profoundly affected, the program is designed to keep students academically sharp and prevent the "summer slide."
Morning Academic Enrichment
The morning sessions, held Monday through Friday from 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM, focus on academic instruction in Wilson®, reading, writing, and math. This structured approach ensures that students continue to develop essential skills in a supportive environment.
Afternoon Enrichment Programs
Complementing the morning academics, the afternoon programs run Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and are designed to enhance students' executive function and socialization skills. Two distinct clubs are offered:
· Adventure Club (Grades 1–5): This program engages students in exploring the outdoors through day trips to local attractions, promoting teamwork, curiosity, and self-confidence.
· Cuisine Club (Grades 5–9): Focusing on culinary skills, this club teaches students to plan, sequence, and execute cooking tasks, thereby supporting the development of executive function skills in a practical and enjoyable manner. Program Details and Enrollment
