Allamuchy Mountain State Park

Allamuchy Mountain State Park stands at over 9,000 acres and offers 34 miles of marked hiking trails, including a section of the Highlands Trail. It adjoins Stephens State Park, which has camping and picnicking facilities. Waterloo Village, a restoration of Andover Forge and once a busy port along the Morris Canal, is situated in Allamuchy.  The park has a 3-mile watertrail for boating or floating on the Musconetcong River.
