Free Kid-Friendly Events – Hamilton Stage Grand Reopening Open House

Bring the family to this free kid-friendly event celebrating the triumphant restoration of Hamilton Stage after facing the challenges of Hurricane Ida in 2021. Hamilton Stage proudly announces its Free Grand Reopening Open House, a weekend of festivities that are not only a celebration of the theater’s revival but also a reflection of the City of Rahway’s unwavering support for the arts. All events during the open house will be free to the public, with Saturday featuring complimentary activities and programming for teens and adults from 12-8:30 PM.

1 pm – 2 pm: Backstage Face Painting by Wish Upon a Party

2 pm – 3:45 pm: Preview performance of Merrilee Mannerly – A Magnificent New Musical

4 pm – 4:30 pm: Rahway Dance Theatre – Children’s Ballet Performance
